- We only accept CSS based websites. Your site can have some flash, but we ask that the core of the site be CSS and HTML.
- If you are submitting a site template, you must be the original author of the template.
- Your website should look good in all browsers. It doesn’t have to validate perfectly via W3C standards, but it shouldn’t crash in any browsers.
